RESPONSIBILITIES : - Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS : - Fluent speak in English is a MUST due to communicate with Australian customer - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively - Able to work during Public Holiday, Weekend, Extra Hours and rotational shift - Able to travel to Bukit Jalil - Able to work in team OTHER INFORMATION : - On The Job Training Provided - Willing to learn and adapt Sandwai software and etc.
