  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of tender and contract documents for new projects as well as successful tender bids
  • Handling progress claims and progress payment
  • Responsible in taking-off quantity, site evaluation and site measurement based on work done
  • Follow-up on administrative matters relating to contracts and tender submissions
  • To verify and summaries the variation order
  • To liaise with client, subcontractors, consultants and other parties involves in all contractual related issues

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building, Construction, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field in construction
  • Ability to organize, plan and strategize
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Great networking abilities.
  • Possess high level of integrity and discipline

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
