IT - Project Manager

Please find the below-mentioned JD for IT Project Manager role Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP and/or certified Scrum Master is added advantage. At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and system implementation / enhancement, with at least 1 full lifecycle of system implementation. Experience in managing at least 5 full-time team members, excluding the implementation vendor. Experience in managing Agile projects as Scrum Master will be added advantage. Plan, optimize, and manage the delivery of system enhancements to meet business demands. Initiate, plan, and manage IT projects ensuring their successful and timely delivery. Ensure compliant with project governance and standards as stipulated in the PMO Governance Framework. Communicate the roles and responsibilities defined in the project organization structure. Resolution of issues and mitigation of risks without compromising the timeline. Track benefit outcomes and update the Steering Committee. Change and Risk Management Chair project status meeting to drive outcomes, or lead problem solving meetings to reach conclusions and agreement on resolutions. Perform risk management to mitigate all identified risks. Oversee project communication and clarify communication gap by delivering message / guidance / directions timely, driving decisions, and updating stakeholders. Manage expectation of Project Sponsor throughout the project lifecycle, which includes to obtain buy-in from Key Stakeholders / Senior Management. PMO / Project Governance Adopt project governance standards and ensure desired outcomes and its original intent is met. Formalize project organization structure, roles and responsibilities, person-in-charge, and key deliverables.
