IT Project Manager - HR Services

Job details : - IT Project Manager of Human Capital Management (HCM) system who manage the delivery and operations of the system. - Proven experience in IT solution architecture and design - Provides technical leadership to the technical team members in support of development, implementation, maintenance and operations of application systems / IT solution (local and regional). - Manage business stakeholders and align technical resources in achieving project objectives - Lead and take ownership in driving the strategy to meet the business strategic plan. Requirements: - Has experience in leading Solution architecture and design.  Knowledge and experience in IT application architecture, analysis, design and development in Human Capital Management (HCM) system.  Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus in managing SAP HCM projects from initiation to closure.  Understanding in project management processes and methodologies including common roles and responsibilities and able to manage end-to-end project delivery/support  Understanding of the IT solution discipline, processes and concepts.  Technical aptitude, basic knowledge and experience across application, information, technology, and process domains.  In depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules and functionalities including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and Payroll.
