Warehouse Inbound & Outbound Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and coordinating outbound order fulfilment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Support the scheduling, staffing, and workflow management of outbound operations to meet customer demand and deadlines.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy and completeness of outbound orders by verifying items, quantities, and shipping addresses.
• Coordinate with transportation carriers and logistics partners to schedule and prioritize outbound shipments.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of outbound orders, inventory levels, and shipping documentation using inventory management software.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory control, customer service, and purchasing, to address order fulfillment issues and optimize processes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to outbound operations.
• Participate in regular inspections of the warehouse facility to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outbound processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year of experience in outbound order fulfilment.
• Strong understanding of outbound order processing, shipping procedures, and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and inventory management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
