We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join Sofearose, a modest fashion brand, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our outlets (IOI CITY MALL, MELAWATI MALL, I-CITY MALL and BANGI SENTRAL) and sales team potential, crafting and execute sales plans.
Job scope:
1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team including agents and company’s physical outlets
2. Implementing sales plan with accordance to the marketing team, that expands company’s customer base
3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team, physical outlets and agents
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the director
Skill required:
1. Leadership skill to motivate employees, working with them to set and meet sales goals
2. Analytical skill to analyze the sales number, find the weaknesses and solutions
3. Good communication skill to be a good listener and speaker, delivering the best customer service
4. Experienced in Visual Merchandising for the outlets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
