JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure proper and efficient flow of duties at the Front Office including provide personalized guest services such as check in and check out and coordinating the team’s work schedules etc.
2. Ensure that the established quality standard and a high level of work performance are maintained.
3. Ensure that policies, procedures and rules are clearly understood and followed through.
4. Meets up with guest regularly to obtain feedback on ways to improve the hotel’s services and facilities.
5. Ensure that all team members are neat and well-groomed at all times.
6. Inspects all guest rooms to ensure that all rooms are in good condition and special set up have been delivered, amenities are place in guest rooms and romm is properly presented as per the standards and ready for occupation.
7.Familiar with all emergency procedures as specified by the property.
8. Attends to special needs and requirements of all Guest.
9. Coordinates and liaise closely with Housekeeping Department and Food & Beverage Department on set up of rooms & amenities.
10. Conduct on job training to all team members and all Front Office staff.
11. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing attendance controls.
12. Must have knowledge of all rooms categories, amenities and rates.
13. Must be aware of facilities, activities, functions and promotions in the Hotel & Club.
14. Must be familiar with local areas, places of interest, tours available, etc.
15. Must be able to project courtesy and hospitality.
16. Familiar with all front desk back up procedures, in the event that any front office equipment malfunction.
17. Assumes other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Rooms Division Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
