Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and

scheduling interviews.

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is

completed.

  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave data.
  • Process payroll information accurately and in a timely manner, in collaboration with the
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are aware

of and comply with them.

  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and company events.
  • Any work related as advised and assigned by the immediate Superior and Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
