Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and
scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is
completed.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave data.
- Process payroll information accurately and in a timely manner, in collaboration with the
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are aware
of and comply with them.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and company events.
- Any work related as advised and assigned by the immediate Superior and Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
