- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel menu and recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Suggest ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing items based on guest feedback.
- Tracking inventory of any needed ingredients or supplies.
- Help manage food waste by following portion control guidelines.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
- Follow hotel policies and local regulations related to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Respond to specific guest requests, dietary restrictions, and preferences when needed.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints professionally, working to find quick and effective solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
