Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage costing, budget estimates, and financial reports for various projects.

- Handle the submission of progress claims and final accounts.

- Assess and analyze project costs, and complete contractors' claims.

- Monitor project expenditure and ensure budgets are maintained.

- Prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity in all project dealings.

Requirements :

- Basic understanding of construction costing and contract administration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with other team members.

- Highly responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.-
