Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations
Oversee daily store tasks to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Customer Service
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service.
Address and resolve minor customer concerns and questions.
Support the team in creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
Team Support
Support staff in completing their tasks and meeting service standards.
Assist in training new team members and provide feedback to help them grow.
Help with scheduling and managing shift changes.
Sales & Promotions
Support the store in meeting sales targets by promoting key products.
Stay informed on promotions and encourage team members to share them with customers.

Requirements:

Education: SPM or equivalent.
Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior team role in F&B or retail.
Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of store operations and POS systems.
