Store Manager (F&B, Milk Tea)

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations
• Help manage daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
• Make sure the store is clean and follows health and safety guidelines.
• Track stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Customer Service
• Ensure customers have a great experience and quickly handle any complaints.
• Support staff in delivering friendly, efficient service.
• Staff Support
• Assist in hiring, training, and managing store staff.
• Help with scheduling and make sure there’s enough staff during busy times.
• Give feedback to the team to help improve performance.
• Sales & Goals
• Help the Store Manager meet sales targets and grow the business.
• Track daily sales and suggest ways to improve.

Requirements:

• Education: SPM or equivalent. (Higher education in hospitality or business is a plus).
• Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisor role in F&B or retail.
• Skills:
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of store operations and cash handling.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
