Join Global Engage as a Customer Success Specialist focused on delegate sales for international conferences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving attendance and revenue by engaging with professionals in academia, biotech, and pharma sectors. You'll manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, ensuring delegates have a seamless registration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and nurture leads
- Conduct sales calls/emails to secure delegate participation
- Maintain a high level of client engagement and follow-up
- Provide post-sale support, including event logistics and information
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in relevant industries
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within events or conference sales
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the life sciences, pharma, or related sectors is a plus
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently
