Financial
1. Conduct monthly / annually stock audit of all stock items and perform investigation for any variances.
Operational
1. Act as purchaser in the absence of the purchasing executive.
2. Issue purchase orders and order goods as requested by the Chef de Cuisine and to replenish accordingly.
3. Responsible for releasing and recording of any equipment on loan to inter outlet.
4. Keep proper inventory on staff uniforms and their issuance.
5. Carry out daily stock take to ensure raw materials and finished products are sufficient for daily usage.
6. Responsible for receiving goods in their proper order and condition.
7. Ensure all items received are thoroughly checked against the delivery order / invoices.
8. Responsible for proper storage of all goods received.
9. Responsible for issuing of goods to all relevant department with appropriate material requisition chits.
10. Wary on the expiry terms of goods received and stored.
11. Keep a proper filing of all delivery orders, purchase orders and invoices.
12. Maintain quality systems and to ensure work procedures are strictly followed.
13. Ensure proper utilization of store space and equipment and to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
14. Handle daily incoming and outgoing stock.
15. Ensure all transactions related to store are maintained and recorded correctly.
Employees
1. Report for duty punctually, be well groomed, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times in order to set a good role model for all employees.
2. Consult on a daily basis the Employee Notice Board for information.
3. Implement all Operating Standard in compliance with directions given and to strive for the quality objectives.
4. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues / employees and with that of other departments so as to maintain a good productive working environment.
5. Ensure that good communication line is maintained with colleagues and/or subordinates.
6. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
7. To have a thorough and complete understanding of the Company’s Employee Handbook and adhere to the regulations stipulated at all times as well as to the SOPP.
General
1. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
2. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees.
