A Quick Glimpse of What You Will be Doing

The Executive, Customer Partnerships is responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. They will work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, propose solutions, and facilitate the sales process. This role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach to sales.

Your Contribution in the World of Business Development

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

2. Sales Presentations: Present products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features. Customize sales presentations to match the specific needs and interests of each prospect.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and concerns. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

4. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Prepare and submit sales contracts and agreements.

5. Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use market insights to identify potential sales opportunities and challenges.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

8. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share. Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify and prioritize key accounts and markets.

9. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to close sales deals. Secure purchase orders and contracts with clients.

10. Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Attend product training sessions as required.
