Job Description - SALES ADVISOR
Responsibilities:-
· Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers.
· Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competition.
· Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the outlet sales target.
· Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
· To source and develop customers through multi-media marketing.
· Provide customers Information of financing alternatives whenever appropriate.
· To gain customers' loyalty and confidence, provide the greatest customer service.
· To perform outbound cold callings.
· To participate and acquire new product knowledge.
· To attend and follow up on all sales inquiries.
· Understand customer needs and present offers and deals to customers.
· Resolve customer's issues and provide advisory to customers.
· Promote a positive brand image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and
commitment towards customer satisfaction.
· Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
· Participate in road-shows, sales activities and launching events.
· To handle objections and customers complaint efficiently and professionally.
· To perform indoor and outdoor sales campaign and promotions as instructed by
Management.
· Ability to perform sales presentations, offer test drives, follow ups, with a view of
closing sale and responsibility to perform car delivery.
· To carry out extra responsibilities as instructed by Management whenever necessary.
Requirements:-
· Minimum qualification with SPM/STPM /Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree in
any field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Language proficiency - English (Mandatory),
Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
· Ability to work on weekends and hectic roadshow schedule.
· Computer savvy would be an added advantage (Proactive on Instagram, Facebook, Tik
Tok or other Social Media Ad's).
· Must have a driving license and possess own transport.
· Independent and target-focused, able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
Required Skill(s):
· Good interpersonal, communications skills, Strong customer management abilities,
self-motivated, responsible, target driven, Strong negotiation and problem-solving
skills.
· Working experience in sales and marketing, understanding of the automobile industry
will be advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
