  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Primary point of contact for fault/incident reporting, technical enquires and request.
  • 1st level troubleshooting of all network and system related problems.
  • Perform alarm monitoring.
  • Manage and ensure all incidents been resolved within the specific Service Level.
  • Escalate to or/and follow-up with internal and external team when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work at Cyberjaya
  • Aged 30 years and below
  • Strong team player, self motivated driven and willing to learn
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Degree in Networking, Engineering, IT or equivalent with CGPA of 2.7 and above (must criteria)
  • Malaysian Citizen graduates from local or international universities
  • Professional Certification - any of the below will be advantageous: ITIL, CISCO, other networking related

BENEFITS:

  • Durations: 10 months contract
  • Allowance: RM2,300.00/month
