Job Responsibilities:
Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in Bakery/F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you higher management level.
As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full Bakery/F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning.

- Self-Motivator with high energy level
- Have passion working in the Food & Beverage Industry
- Adventurous and able to work under pressure
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week)
- A mature, intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to and influence people at all levels and possesses excellent and collaboration skills.

Management Trainee Programme 12 months : Opportunities to be converted to permanent position after 1 year.
- 6 months training - Service Crew
- 3 months training - Supervisor
- 3 months training – Acting Branch Manager
- 2 weeks oversea training ( Taiwan / China / Hong Kong )

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM9,700.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
