Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Precision Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision assembly techniques and a strong attention to detail. As a Precision Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling intricate components and ensuring that products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Perform precision assembly of components and parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.
Ø Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble and align components with tight tolerances.
Ø Conduct quality inspections of assembled parts to verify conformance to specifications and identify any defects or discrepancies.
Ø Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
Ø Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend solutions for improvement.
Ø Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
Ø High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in precision assembly or a related field preferred.
Ø Proven experience in precision assembly techniques, including soldering, bonding, and fastening methods.
Ø Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Ø Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to work with small, delicate components.
Ø Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, with a focus on producing accurate and precise work.
Ø Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Familiarity with ISO quality standards and quality assurance processes is a plus.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
