- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost analysis and resource allocation for all assigned facilities management projects.
- Conduct regular cost reviews to monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring alignment with project financial plans.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for project proposals, tenders, and procurement activities, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Oversee tendering and contracting processes, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Track project cost variances, assess potential financial risks, and recommend cost-saving measures to project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related costs, invoices, and financial transactions for reporting and auditing.
- Support project managers in the resolution of contractual and financial disputes with contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare regular financial reports, cost forecasts, and budget updates for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all procurement and cost management activities.
- Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate project cost performance and identify areas for future improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within facilities management
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and cost control in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software for quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
