  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Scopes of Responsibility:

· Focusing in delivering excellent service quality and driving the sales and promotions

Primary Duties:

1. Greets and assists customers and provides outstanding customer service

2. Build and sustain an excellent relationship with customers

3. Handle customer, staff complaints and feedback

4. Manages the area and personal presentation for the best sales appearance

5. Providing an excellent service quality for all products and services offered to customers

6. Advise guests on various beverages based on their personal tastes and food choices

7. Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware

8. Oversee closing and opening procedures of the outlet

9. Accurately completes sales using POS system according to established procedures

10. Managing an accurate inventory of wines, spirits, accessories, packaging items, and any other assets / consumables while operating with the RFID Inventory Management System

11. Assist in various events and to assist other departments when needed to drive the beverage sale of the company

12. Complying with health and safety regulations

13. Keeping up to date on trends and news of the beverage / restaurant industry
