The Customer Service plays a key administrative role in ensuring the efficient operation of the service desk function. This role includes coordinating service requests, assisting the client service desk team, and maintaining documentation and records to support smooth incident resolution and service delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed by the team.
- Ensure that all critical calls and requests follow the correct escalation procedures.
- Responsible for receiving, validating, and logging client requests, including capturing detailed information about the request.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting escalation requests to ensure proper categorization and prioritization.
- Maintain all relevant documents related to tickets and requests, including client information.
Work Schedule:
- 2 days on, 2 days off arrangement per week.
- Two shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Example:
- Monday & Tuesday: WORK
- Wednesday & Thursday: OFF
- Friday & Saturday: WORK
- Sunday & Monday: OFF
*A scheduled duty roster will be followed.
Required Experience:
- Ability to speak Cantonese when communicating with clients from Hong Kong.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
