Back End Development

Server-side Development:

• Create and manage server logic using languages like Node.js.
• Develop scalable, high-performance applications to meet business needs.

Database Management:

• Design and set up database schemas.
• Optimize database queries for speed and efficiency.
• Ensure data is secure, accurate, and available.

API Development:

• Create and maintain RESTful APIs for front end-back end communication.
• Work with front end developers to link user interfaces with server logic.

System Integration:

• Work with various teams to integrate front end and back end components.
• Ensure smooth data flow and communication within the application.

Security and Authentication:

• Use best practices to secure sensitive data.
• Develop systems for user authentication and authorization.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and fix performance issues in back end code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices are followed.

Scalability and Reliability:

• Create solutions that can grow with the user base.
• Implement monitoring and error-handling for system reliability.

Collaboration:

• Work with front end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Proficient in server-side languages like Node.js.
• Skilled in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with databases like NoSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with front end technologies is a plus.

API Development:

• Strong experience in creating and managing RESTful APIs.

Version Control:

• Familiar with version control systems like Git.

Problem-solving Skills:

• Strong skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proven experience as a Back End Developer or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages (e.g., Node.js).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks is a plus.
