Role Overview: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Property is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance brand presence, and engage customers across the real estate market. This leadership role involves overseeing all marketing functions including brand management, digital marketing, public relations, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.
2. Brand Management:
- Lead the development and maintenance of a strong, cohesive brand identity.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Utilize data analytics to measure performance and optimize digital campaigns.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Work with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive leads, inquiries, and conversions.
- Set sales targets and monitor the performance of marketing efforts in terms of revenue generation and occupancy rates.
5. Public Relations and Community Engagement
- Act as the spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and organizing events to promote the property.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including investors, agents, and local communities.
6. Customer Experience and Retention
- Ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial inquiry to long-term tenant or homeowner retention.
- Gather customer feedback and work with teams to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance departments to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
- Partner with the property management team to maintain property standards and attract tenants or buyers.
8. Budget Management and ROI Tracking
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking the return on investment for various initiatives.
- Analyze marketing metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and report on results to stakeholders.
9. Innovation and Trend Adaptation
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches into the marketing strategy, such as virtual tours or digital events for properties.
10. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
