ROLE INTRODUCTION:
Junior Hub Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent support services to delivery crew & customers to achieve business goals of Service Provider (LAZADA).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning
  • -Tactical hub planning in terms of managing daily Inbound & Outbound load (equipment, space, route, delivery performance, cash on delivery, postpone & failed parcel etc).
  • Reporting

-Working closely with Hub Supervisor/Managers/ Directors on matters related to Inbound & Outbound volume.-Keeping track & update daily/ weekly/ monthly hub performance report – Inbound Shuttle Timing, Delivery Performance & Aging, Hub Dashboard and other operational hub reports.

  • Optimizing

-Assisting Hub Supervisor in managing hub operational processes, compliance & process optimization. Compliance-Monitor & ensure full compliance of hub operational policies & processes.JOB REQUIREMENT

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

  • At least high school graduation
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in warehouse, logistic, freight forwarding or related field is a plus.
  • Hard working person with integrity
  • Able to work in shift, 6 days a week & also available for overtime upon request by management
