As a Project Manager, your main role is create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirements. Meanwhile, ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
What are your responsibilities?
* Manages all project activities to ensure compliance with the project specifications, drawings, plans, works program, schedules, QA/QC, safety and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the works and within allocated budget.
* Manages the workflow of all staff involved in the project team including contracts, purchasing, logistics, construction, project administrative staff, engages and manages specialist consultants as required.
* Prepares and monitors the master program, procurement and trade letting schedule and monitors the Construction Managers progress against the critical path.
* Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities.
* Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, relevant required documentations and presentations.
* Requires visiting site to resolve site issues.
* To manage the team of consultants, contractors in periodic meeting, workshop and discussion.
* To be competence in Building Contract within its liability, rights and implementation method.
* To assist and manage the project within the direction and strategy
* To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
What do you need to have?
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / architectural / Structural
* At least 2 years working experience in infrastructural works.
* Possess sound knowledge and experience in order to work independently with minimum supervision, project planning, technical and tendering, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liaisons.
* Have an eye for details and meticulous in enforcing high standards of project planning and construction work. (Preferably possess working experience with property developer)
* Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, excellent client, facing skills, ability to motivate team to meet tight deadline.
* Ability to have strong impact and influence by decisions.
* Willing to travel as and when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
