What You Will Be Doing

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding our product and development teams toward efficient collaboration and continuous improvement. You will be in charge of implementing the Scrum process across multiple products, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and ensuring our teams are delivering value in alignment with our business goals. Your work will help create a productive environment where team members are empowered to innovate and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow and maintain focus on the goals.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Encourage continuous improvement and support the team in identifying and implementing process enhancements.

What You Will Need

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive, focused team dynamic.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira.

Bonus Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

Where is the position located?

This role is based in our newly established office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our Malaysia office specializes in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis. You will collaborate with talented tech colleagues.
