Job Responsibilities
As Centre of Expertise within the Human Resource function, the Talent Manager will be responsible for the areas of talent acquisition, employer branding, our culture & values, talent management and leadership development for our client. Be a true business partner ensuring that the talent development support the needs of the business and leads to sustainable long-term profitability.
- Developing a clear roadmap for coworkers professional development, outlining potential roles and opportunities for growth based on their skills and goals.
- Define the company's leadership & team development learning roadmap and offer.
- Support the organisation with a systematic approach to leadership development.
- Individual coaching of leaders and management teams for effective leadership.
- Responsible for leadership assessment tools and support leaders with guidelines for purpose and feedback process.
- Define facilitator framework to support in maintaining local facilitator pool for global & local leadership offer. Develop and facilitate programme to support leadership facilitator competency.
- Point of entry for Global initiatives on Culture and Values with responsibility to align and integrate across the organisation.
- Lead the annual succession planning review process and develop High Potential leadership / talent programmes based on the outcome.
- Develop Mentorship programme framework and outline across Ikano Retail.
- Resource for Team Development, Mentoring and Coaching when needed.
- Point of entry for global systems on development initiatives as well as being the company's representative in global forums.
- Responsible to drive a performance culture through our performance management process.
- Responsible for developing and driving employer branding and talent acquisition strategy.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree with at least 5 years proven track record in talent management, preferably gained from fast paced environment.
- Great leadership and development consultation, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into systematic and practical solutions and be able to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to diagnose and innovate strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate across all level of business.
- Ability to be hands-on when needed.
Remuneration
RM 15,000 to RM 17,000
