MACHINE GENERAL TECHNICIAN - RAWANG, SELANGOR

Prestar Precision Tube Sdn Bhd is one of the subsidiaries of a Public Listed company listed on the Main Board. We are engaged in manufacturing of automotive tubes, steel tubes & pipes. In line with our expansion market plan and rapid growth, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates with commitment and enthusiasm to fill the following position:-

Machine General Technician – Rawang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

1) To monitor machine downtime and reduce machine unscheduled down time.

2) To carry out preventive maintenance to reduce unnecessary breakdowns.

3) To troubleshooting on mechanical parts breakdown such pneumatic control system, hydraulic control system, gearbox, pump, bearing, chain, belt and others..

4) To highlight any breakdown irregularities, problems, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement and any related issues..

5) To complies with all safety instructions, rules and regulations that enforced by the Company.

6) To report all accidents and unsafe conditions to the supervisor or superior.

7) To uses all safety and health equipment provided.

8) To follow instruction from superior or appointed assignee when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School / SPM or equivalent
• Experience in basic machine operating and general work in metal industry / heavy industry will be an added advantage
• Must have own transport
• Able to work in shift
• Have good attendance
• Able to OT for minimum 4 hours
