Our team is responsible for preparing bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Working based on a predefined sales plan for Oilfield Services & Equipment businesses.

As a Proposal Analyst - APAC, you will be responsible for:
Developing & coordinating proposals for OFSE business.
Coordinating with all Product Lines in preparation of tenders /proposals /quotations as accordance to clients’ tendering policy and internal approval matrix.
Reviewing and redline customer terms and conditions (T&Cs) and other commercial documents. Owning the Commercial Operations and respective risk processes.
Managing commercial processes which requires involvement of many stakeholders both internally and at the client end.
Validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment etc.
Coordinating tenders /RFI release tracking: Partnering with Product Lines to ensure contract hand-offs for execution stage.
Controlling and monitoring the renewal /extension /release of Bid Bond / Bank Guarantee under Tenders / Contracts as requested by clients.
Tracking and recording all submitted Tenders /Budgetary Proposals /Quotations /Contracts; To coordinate with Sales /Product Lines to update the weekly tracking sheet of APAC tenders' status: Win/Loss

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years of working experience in tenders, proposals etc.
Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills.
Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills and be fluent in English.
Have knowledge of legal aspects and implications of contracts, terms and conditions, negotiation
Have ability to work independently and work in a team, frequent interaction with other disciplines/functions and third parties.
