As a Payroll Accounting Senior Analyst, you will be supporting the Financial Controllership team within Global Finance Organization.
As a Payroll Accounting Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Reporting to the payroll accounting lead who covers the scope for Americas.
Preparing the analysis from our various ERPs to the compensation and benefits accounts including accounting policy implementations
Engaging and dealing with payroll specialist and tax authorities for LATAM region.
Managing accounting payroll and social security process helping in detection of flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggests improvements.
Handling communication with direct colleagues and the HCT payroll teams about data gathering and analysis.
Contributing and helping in different projects for the region supporting for another regions in payroll accounting as well.
Understanding of the payroll process at the accounting level and ability to implement improvements in the payroll process.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's Level in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of experience dealing with the general accounting and payroll calculation & analysis.
Have a good knowledge and familiar with the local regulations and updates.
Have a knowledge in SAP Pascal/Oscar.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Be able to speak and write in Spanish will be a plus to support the LATAM region.
