Job Description • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve overall sales target and objectives. • Plan and formulate effective sales channels and marketing activities to increase sales activities • Formulate pricing and sales strategy and lead sales team to achieve company's sales target • Build and maintain strong relationship with prospect customers • Liaise with sales team to review sales feedbacks and activities • Lead, motivate and manage sales team and sales agents to achieve local and overseas desired sales target • Conduct project development feasibility study • Review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and sales campaigns • To have constant review, monitoring and comparison made within the industry/competitors communication strategies and provide market intelligence to management • Employ unique marketing techniques, drive creativity and contribute to tactical execution of the strategy • Plan and control all sales promotions & activities and ensure optimum efficiency and economies of operations are achieved • Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time Job Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business or related discipline. • Minimum of 10 to 15 years related experience in Senior position in Sales & Marketing (Preferably in Construction Building) • Knowledge in digital marketing will be an added advantage. • Experience & expertise in Sales & Marketing for high rise property / building • Ability to identify market segments, niches and potential markets. • Proven ability and experience managing and leading high performance sales and marketing teams Sales Strategy, Relationship Building, Digital Marketing, Market Intelligence, Sales Campaigns, Marketing, Sales, Sales Promotion, pricing strategy
