Performance Management: -Developing performance appraisal systems and managing evaluation processes. -Assisting managers in providing constructive performance feedback and guidance. -Creating and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary. 7. Organizational Development: -Supporting organizational design and change management initiatives. -Promoting a company culture that aligns with core values and business objectives. -Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. 8. Administrative Tasks: -Maintaining accurate employee records and handling HR documentation. -Managing HR systems for tracking employee data, performance, and attendance. -Preparing reports and analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making. 9. Health and Safety: -Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace. -Developing and managing workplace safety programs and employee safety training. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment strategies, and employee relations practices.
