Key responsibilities: - Plan, design, and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. - Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise. - Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings and contracts related to construction projects. - Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. - Manage project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Implement innovative construction techniques and practices to enhance project efficiency. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery. - Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site. Qualification: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in construction engineering or project management. - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in project management software and engineering applications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
