Oracle Cloud Development Lead (JAVA)

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and managing a team of developers working on Oracle Cloud applications. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies, as well as experience in software development best practices. Job Requirements: A good grasp of Object Oriented Programming and Design patterns that avoid redundancy and promote efficiency, legibility, testability, and maintainability of code. Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team which includes defining the overall architecture of applications, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards. Oversee the development lifecycle of cloud projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Great analytical skills and logic Hand on experience on Java 11, Java Core, Generics, Java Streams, Concurrency, Spring, Servlets, JAX-RS, JAX-WS REST web-services implementation experience Oracle/SQL Server database Understanding of Scrum, Continuous Integration Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with Oracle Cloud applications, such as ERP Cloud or HCM Cloud Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
