- Documentation and Reporting - Create detailed reports summarizing simulation analysis results and maintain technical documentation for future reference.
- Collaboration and Feedback - Engage with cross-functional teams to discuss problems, provide simulation-based feedback, and offer solutions for die and process improvements.
- Simulation Software Management - Manage and maintain simulation software, ensuring models and tools are up-to-date and functional for optimal performance.
- Continuous Improvement - Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential areas for process optimization through simulation insights.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation - Analyze simulation data to interpret trends, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Simulation Model Validation - Validate simulation models against real-world results, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the simulations in guiding production decisions.
- Compliance and Safety - Ensure that all simulations and process adjustments comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations, contributing to a safe workplace.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; experience with simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, AutoForm) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in simulation and CAD software; strong understanding of die extrusion processes, particularly for aluminum.
- Experience: At least 1 year in related field.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze simulation data, troubleshoot issues, and validate models against real-world results.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.
- Process Improvement: Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
