Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will handle billing tasks, process payments, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is comfortable working with numbers, and can ensure timely and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices to clients
Review and verify billing data for accuracy
Process and record payments received
Update and maintain client billing information
Handle customer inquiries related to billing
Assist with resolving billing discrepancies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills and familiarity with billing software
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
