Business Development Assistant

Job Responsbilities :

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
• Develop a strong network of contacts to attract and secure new clients.
• Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
• Oversee and manage growth projects, including sales forecasting and revenue projections.
• Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.
• Enhance the company’s reputation by taking ownership of unique requests and tasks.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, and manage client communications.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and promote the brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing; exposure to the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of business development and sales growth techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
