We are looking for a new team member to join us as Administrative/HR Executive to be based in our office at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, 53000 Kuala Lumpur.
1. Perform full HR functions.
2. Involve in recruitment process such as candidate screening and interview arrangement.
3. Liaise with all employees queries about HR related issues.
4. Maintain HR systems and processes.
5. Updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
6. Coordinate and direct work activities from the superiors/managers to the employees.
7. Prepare letters, employment contracts, memos, etc.
8. Support administrative tasks.
- Handling license renewals and familiar with Energy Commission (ST) registration is an advantage.
Requirements and qualifications:
1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
6. Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
7. Knowledge on regulating statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Malaysia Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.
8. Hardworking and willing to work long hour.
Immediate Hiring!
Salary : RM 2,300.00 negotiable
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
