We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Conference division and Sales team as International Sales Executives. In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators. We help companies better their business through corporate meetings with targeted customers at very elite and specialized B2B events. This role is perfect for those looking to start their career in sales and business development. While sales experience is always great, it’s not necessary.
This is an in-person Corporate Sales role located in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities through understanding the company's target market and organizational structure, identifying potential clients and their needs, develop an acute understanding and general awareness of the key industries into which this person will be selling into.
- Sell market-leading events to some of the Top 2000 Companies in Australia & New Zealand
- Lead generation, grow database through prospecting efforts; sourcing contact details by leveraging data platforms i.e., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Reaching your KPIs and setting monthly goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent to be considered for this position.
- Positive mindset and excellent communication skills in English, high level of self motivation and tremendous work ethic, attention to details, strong negotiation skills, ambitious and an unquenchable desire for success.
- Work experience in the related field is welcomed but not required as our New Hire Training Program is sufficient to get you started on a successful path.
- Only Full-Time position(s) available.
- We need energetic team members who can facilitate interactions between executives (Buyers) and our service providers.
- This is an inside sales job, comfort with cold-calling is essential.
