The focus will be on supporting internal global teams, including New Business and Media, to deliver creative presentation designs for a wide array of audiences, from key members of the executive staff to external clients. The ideal candidate is a Google Slides expert with originality who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills to contribute and execute innovative design ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Transform simple, not-so-exciting presentations into beautiful, functional, and innovative works that are clear, intuitive, and impactful, catering to both internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate globally with clients, internal executives, strategists, creatives, designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to communicate ideas through visually engaging slides that are easy to understand.
  • Produce visually aesthetic and on-brand presentations, translating complex technical details and abstract concepts into easy-to-understand visual stories.
  • Uphold and evolve global brand standards, maintaining and updating deck templates and style guides to ensure a consistent look and feel across all presentations.
  • Develop templates and processes to automate design work, enabling non-design staff to contribute while maintaining high design aesthetics.

Acquired Skills

  • Solid experience with presentation software, including advanced knowledge of Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote. Figma is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. Knowledge of After Effects is highly regarded.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and the application of purposeful animations and motion design in presentations.
  • Excellent command of English, with the ability to work effectively with designers from all over the world, absorbing and digesting complex terms and strategies to translate them visually.
  • A self-starter with an exceptional command of deadlines, the ability to prioritize, and a collaborative team player who can function in high-stress environments.
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback gracefully, with a critical thinking mindset to make key decisions and contributions that advance the work.
