They are seeking an HR leader with regional experience in industrial environments to drive talent management and performance strategies aligned with regional growth and regulatory standards.

Job Description


  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives across the SEA region, focusing on organizational growth, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Regional Compliance: Oversee compliance with regional labor laws, regulatory standards, and ensure adherence to HR policies and practices.
  • Talent Management: Drive workforce planning, talent retention, and leadership development programs tailored to the needs of the company.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive work environment and lead employee engagement initiatives, addressing labor relations and supporting positive interactions across teams.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation frameworks, supporting managers in driving a high-performance culture.
  • Change Management: Lead HR change initiatives aligned with corporate transformations and regional market needs.


The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in regional HR management, ideally in industrial sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Southeast Asia labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset and adaptability for a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in talent management, change management, and performance management within a multi-country, culturally diverse setting.
