As an Operations Manager, you will report to the CEO and serve as a pivotal part of ensuring efficient, smooth, and effective day-to-day business operations. Tasked with supervising and supporting the administrative, human resources, and customer service teams, your goal will be to align operational activities with the company's strategic objectives. Working closely with top management, you’ll assist in implementing processes that optimize performance and maintain a productive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and oversees daily operations within the admin, human resources, and customer service teams, ensuring that workflows remain organized and productive.
- Collaborates with senior management, including working closely with the CEO, to align operational strategies with broader business goals.
- Facilitates inter-departmental communications to keep all departments informed and well-equipped to meet operational needs.
- Develops and implements effective plans for system and process management to support efficient operations.
- Assesses and enhances business procedures, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
- Ensures satisfactory customer service provisioning to customers
- Contributes to shaping mid- and long-term operational strategies and keeping business objectives in focus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Self-motivated, quick to adapt, and open-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and senior management.
- Capable of working under fast-changing and intense environment
- Enthusiastic about professional growth and contributing to the company's evolution.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Willingness to travel for business as needed.
