  • Ability to assess issues quickly and implement solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks, balancing customer service with logistics coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
