- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, especially in logistics or administration, is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to assess issues quickly and implement solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks, balancing customer service with logistics coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
