ABOUT THE JOB

Focus for the first 3 months includes but not limited to:

  • Source, identify and generate new candidate profiles and leads
  • Leading and developing the Candidate management process for existing and new candidate generation.
  • Content creation for social media channels – personal LinkedIn profile, Efinancials Profile, etc.
  • Develop technical understanding on how to source candidates through various job boards, such as JobStreet , Linkedin Recruiter, etc.
  • Participating in client calls, support Managers or Lead Consultants in the proposition of Funds Partnership’s delivery capabilities.
  • Participating in informative pitch presentations and providing follow-up through to fruition.
  • Participate in the full 360 recruitment process with Manager or Lead Consultant.

Focus from 3rd to 6th month includes but not limited to:

  • Take lead on all existing (and/or new!) client calls, develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell other business functions covered in Funds Partnership
  • Work with other business units – different desks / marketing team / sales operations team for external outreach efforts
  • Develop content creation to showcase one as a thought leader in specified area/ market
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process.
  • Establish, observe and reach for personal long and short-term goals
