Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions that align with their hiring goals.
Negotiate contracts and ensure the terms and conditions meet both client and company expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. (Preferred)
