Job description
- Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth for 8-figure brands by achieving efficient MERs through full-funnel customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Ideate, strategise, and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels (Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
- Set up and maintain reporting dashboards to deliver clear and concise performance updates for each marketing channels
- Own and optimise ad account performance through strong data analysis and testing
- Provide actionable data insights to shape ad strategies, conduct creative research, develop content ideas, and create detailed creative briefs for execution by internal and external teams.
- Monitor and manage website performance and propose CRO improvements
- Build and optimise CRM strategy, focusing on segmentation, targeted flows, and engagement
Job Requirement
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce / direct response paid ads
- Fluent in Meta and Google ad platforms, with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok ads a plus
- Analytical, thorough, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Possesses a strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business fundamentals
- Able to work well and collaborate with others
- A self-starter with a strong testing mindset, always keeping up with the latest strategies and tactics in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing high performing teams well
- Independent and able to learn autonomously in a rapidly changing environment
- Thrives in a high growth and dynamic environment, and enjoys the hustle
