Assistant to Area Manager (Johor)
Job Description: · Assist the Area Manager in overseeing Service Points throughout the designated area. · Analyze operational information and data to facilitate informed decision-making. · Translate critical documents and meetings effectively. · Prepare comprehensive reports as required. · Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders. · Address and resolve cross-departmental issues through collaborative efforts. · Execute additional tasks and projects delegated by the Area Manager.
Job Requirements: •Diploma or Degree holder in any field. •Minimum 1 year of working experience as an assistant in courier services industry is an advantage. •Must be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with China stakeholders. •Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. •Proficient in using Microsoft office suite e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Words. •Willing to travel around Johor area with Area Manager to oversee service points. •Willing to work for 6 working days.
