- Assist the Area Manager in overseeing Service Points throughout the designated area.
- Analyze operational information and data to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Translate critical documents and meetings effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports as required.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders.
- Address and resolve cross-departmental issues through collaborative efforts.
- Execute additional tasks and projects delegated by the Area Manager.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with China stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as an assistant in courier services industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office suite e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Words.
- Willing to travel around Johor area with Area Manager to oversee service points.
- Willing to work for 6 working days.
