  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Handling full set of Export shipping documentation such as hipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
  • Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.
  • Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies.
  • Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department or by Shipping Team Lead/Manager.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  • Those with at least 1 - 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role/ administration experience will have an advantage but not essential.
  • Applicants without shipping experience are welcome to apply - On job training will be provided.
  • Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
