From a strong position, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), the leader in prestige beauty products, embarked on the Advance program, chartered to fuel product innovation and enhance market agility. The company chose Kuala Lumpur as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center in support of the regional. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain and Retail operation services to ELC employees, Customers and Vendors across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service-minded approach, this center will redefine service standards regionally at ELC.
Responsibilities:
· Onboard new suppliers using Ariba and SAP technology
· Register ELC existing suppliers in Ariba SLP module so that they can self-maintain their basic data
· Work with Suppliers via phone/email to retrieve and update data as required
· Ensure data integrity in key system and maintaining the processes to support the data quality
· Support Supplier data updates, when required
· Follow Supplier compliance processes and procedures
· Periodic update of data definitions, whenever necessary
Requirements:
· Students pursuing a Degree in the field of economics/logistics or relevant disciplines
· Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines
· Able to follow complex processes and to manage multiple deadlines (reprioritizing as needed)
· MS Office skills
· Proficient in English and Mandarin written and verbal communication
